POSIO General Warranty

POSIO products purchased directly from us come with a warranty ranging from 3 months to 3 years, depending on the product. The warranty covers standard repairs and product exchanges for ordinary defects.

To claim the warranty, customers must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice).
  2. Verification that the product was purchased new.

Warranty Procedure

Follow these steps to resolve your issue:

    • Provide details such as model name, serial number, purchase date, location, and a contact person.
    • The technical team will assess the issue and update you on the claim status.
  2. Confirmation

    • The team will determine whether the product is in-warranty or out-of-warranty.
    • For out-of-warranty cases, labor and material costs will be communicated.
  3. Repair

    • Return the defective unit following the instructions provided.
    • The unit will be repaired or replaced based on the issue.
  4. Closure

    • A fully functional unit will be returned to you once the process is completed.
